The best way to convert scratch to.EXE is to first convert to.SWF (Click here to go to Junebeetle) and then to.EXE through Adobe Flash Player Projector 11 (32-bit).When many people do this, they don't like that the file edit, view, etc buttons are still at the top like in the Player Projector.

The SWF file format is a standard for delivering audiovisual content over the Internet. These files can contain a mixture of vector graphics, audio files and ActionScript for user interaction. SWF files are useful for delivering multimedia presentations to your business clients and can play inside a browser window if the correct plug-in is installed. If you need to mail a SWF file to a client, but you are not sure if the recipient has the means to view it, it is better to convert it to a Projector file, which is a standalone executable file. This way you are guaranteed that the file can be opened and viewed simply by double-clicking on it. There is no native way to perform this action in Windows, but there are some free solutions available online.

SWF to EXE Online Converter

Navigate to the SWF to EXE website and click the 'Browse' button.

Select the SWF file on your computer that you want to convert and then click 'Open.'

Click the 'Convert' button and wait for the conversion to finish. When it is done you are automatically redirected to a download page.

Click the 'Download' button to save the Projector file to your computer.

Adobe Flash Player Projector

1.
Navigate to the Adobe Flash Player Support Center website and click the Flash Player Projector.
2.
Double-click the file to launch the software once the download is complete.

Click 'File' and then click 'Open.' Click the 'Browse' button and then select the SWF file that you want to convert.
4.
Click 'OK' to open the SWF file. Click 'File' and then click 'Create Projector...' to convert the file to a standalone Projector file.

Navigate to the Softoxi website and click the download link for the free SWF to EXE converter software.

Right-click on the file when the download is complete and select the 'Extract All' option. Select a destination folder and then click 'Extract.'
3.
Double-click the 'sWf2eXe.exe' file to launch the program.
4.
Click 'Add a File' and select the SWF file that you want to convert.
5.
Click the 'Convert' button to convert the file to a standalone Projector file which is saved in the 'Output' subfolder inside the folder where the program is installed.
